Gentlemen of the Roundtable is an organization that aggressively seeks employment
for men, 20 years of age and up, who are ex-offenders, recovering addicts, high school
dropouts and those simply in need of new direction.

Roundtable discussion allows young men the opportunity to network with each other, exchange knowledge
and resources and solve problems as well as provide support and empowerment.

The program includes training and individual mentoring in academic instruction, GED preparation, leadership
development and life skills for transitioning back into family and community life.
